All home grown team

  The project of creating a team only from the talent feature is now complete.
  For a long time the only non-homegrown rider was a jobber but after reaching 22 homegrown riders he is finally released :D
  The last jobber has been released and replaced by Claudio Lorenzo a sprint talent.
  
  In the coming seasons we can finally be a little more picky about which riders that a promoted from the talent feature and will hopefully never train a rider with zero or only one "good" skill.
  
  The process have been slow and we have been able to keep the team competitive in Div. 1.
  
  We hope to develop a lot of great talents in the future.
